SBK Case Management was established by Dr Shabnam Berry-Khan, a passionate Case Manager with a professional psychology background.
Shabnam and her long-standing colleague Alan Salles, who has extensive experience in care management, work together with a growing team of Associates and Assistant Case Managers to sustain improvements for clients through co-ordinated care and rehabilitation packages.
Between them, Shabnam and Alan have over 30 years' experience of supporting cases of people with complex healthcare needs across the lifespan, in the community and in clinical settings.
Uniquely, they also have the internal resources to provide a service in different languages: Urdu, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, Spanish, Malay and Bahasa Indonesia.
